Yoga Classes
I took the Yogafit Level One training in September of 2014. I volunteered my time at the local group home for troubled young ladies and taught them yoga for several months. Now, I teach 1-2 classes a week in the Etna City Hall on Main Street in Etna, CA. I am looking forward to learning more at the YogaFit YogaLean training in February 2016 for which I am registered.
Class Schedule:
Thursday Noon
Friday Noon (limited dates-please contact me directly or follow my always updated Facebook page or Instagram page for exact dates)
Local folks, please join me if you’d like a workout that doesn’t feel like one. I like playing Texas Country music while we practice and I don’t speak Sanskrit. I end each class not with “Namaste” but with “May peace be with you.” Hope to see you there!
For me, yoga is a genuinely relaxing experience that is also a good workout. Because I very often feel like I am moving at 100 miles an hour, this weekly yoga practice is an important part of balancing out the rush. Wherever you are, Dear Reader, I hope you find something that slows the rush for you the way yoga has for me.
